Jeff Rector

Jeff Rector is an award-winning Writer, Director, Producer and working Actor and has appeared in over 150 hit television shows, feature films and commercials.

As a communications major, Jeff honed his talent as a writer, director, producer and editor of his own video productions, which now serves him as a multi award-winning filmmaker.

Jeff produced and Hosted SFN: Science Fiction News, a popular news/entertainment series on PBS which led to producing and hosting his own Podcast, “Out There” with Jeff Rector.

Jeff has served on the Burbank Cultural Arts Commission, The Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council and is currently the President and Festival Director for the Tarzana International Film Festival (TZIFF).
