Jeff wrote and produced the Pilot for The End (aka John Doe) which won the Silver Screen Award and was an official selection of film festivals around the world.
Jeff’s award-winning film The End which he wrote, produced and co-stars, focuses on a homeless man, John Doe, who has no memory of who he is or how he wound up living on the streets. He wakes up in a different part of the city everyday not knowing how he got there, but knowing there’s a reason why. His mission is to help save people in unconventional ways on the gritty streets of downtown Los Angeles. John Doe also has premonitions, brief flashbacks to not only the past (of who he was), but also the future.
The End (aka John Doe) is currently being developed as a sci-fi based dramatic series for television. John Doe stars Martin Kove (The Karate Kid films, Cobra Kai), Crystal Allen (Days of Our Lives, Star Trek: Enterprise) and Jeff Rector (American Horror Story: Cult). The End won the Silver Screen Award from the Nevada Film Festival. Other notable festivals include Cayfilm, Big Island Film Festival, Big River Film Festival, The Swedish International Film Festival, Sunscreen Film Festival, First Glance Film Festival and Long Island Film Festival.
